Searching for one-of-kind Administrative Coordinator for Groza Care Foundation.

Location: Poland. This position is remote. Occasional traveling to Learning Hubs and potential new hubs locations required.

Position Type: Will start as Part-time position; potential to grow into a Full-Time position.

What does Groza Care Foundation do:
Groza Care is a 501c3, US nonprofit, public benefit corporation dedicated to providing educational opportunities, emotional support, and opening doors to a brighter future for disadvantaged students. Groza's project, Ukrainian Rainbow, offers free academic and emotional support to Ukrainian children displaced by war.
 
Who are we looking for:
We are looking for an individual who is mission-driven, people-focused, honest, approachable, reliable, caring, thoughtful, and community-oriented. This person must know and be comfortable with balancing multiple priorities in a variety of ever-changing situations.
We rely on you to be the first touch point with the clients, so accountability is key.

Language skills – The candidate must have oral and written fluency in Polish and English. Working knowledge of both Ukrainian and Russian languages is preferred.

Sales and Marketing skills – The savviest candidates for this position will have previous experience with the development of marketing materials for outside donors and parents of school-age kids.

Customer Survive Superhero– The ideal candidate will set up effective administrative and communication processes to support the educational services to school-age children of Ukrainian refugees.

  • Strong organizational skills, pays attention to details. A take-charge attitude, shows initiative, a reliable self-starter & independent worker
  • Motivation to be punctual, hardworking, and dependable

  • Ability to adapt, re-prioritize, and shift focus throughout the day in a quickly changing and unpredictable environment

Responsibilities include:
  • Facilitate the Groza Care Foundation mission come to life
  • Manage all aspects of communication, operations, and administration functions
  • Provide reliable phone, chats, email support 100% of the time in a quick, warm, and upbeat manner
  • Assist teachers, parents, and administration in adjusting and maintaining the master schedule
  • Enter and maintain a database of clients and prospects
  • Continuously enhance organization’s culture and happiness factor with students and staff
  • Complete administrative projects as assigned & within deadlines
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings
  • Create effective marketing materials in Ukrainian and English
  • Develop business letters in Ukrainian and English
