School Administrator / Program Director

for The Learning Hub In Warsaw And Gdansk, Poland.

Location: The positions will be in Warsaw and Gdansk in Poland. The position has a significant online component.

Who are we
: Groza Care Foundation provides Leaning and Support Hubs to children of Ukrainian refugees. In addition to academic subjects such as math, science and literature, these centers will give children an opportunity to learn languages, participate in the art classes, enhance writing skills, and receive emotional support.

Who are we looking for:
A successful candidate will be a former Director of Ukrainian school who thrives in a fast-paced environment that is mission-driven, people-focused, and community-oriented. You will be honest, approachable, reliable, and motivated with a service-oriented attitude. You will balance multiple priorities in a variety of ever-changing situations. We rely on you to be the first touchpoint with the parents and children so accountability and compassion are the key.

Main Objective of Your Position:
You will oversee educational programs, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Language skills –
The candidate must have oral and written fluency in Ukrainian and basic knowledge of the English language. Some knowledge of Polish is preferred.

Educational experience –
The savviest candidates for this position have an expert knowledge of the Ukrainian school curriculums for children 6 to 17 years old and have previous experience managing teachers and support staff in a public or private school in Ukraine.

Customer Survive Superhero–
The ideal candidate will set up and manage effective administrative and communication processes with families, staff, and Groza execs in line with the mission and vision of the foundation. Fluency with various technology is a must.

Responsibilities include:
  • Oversee educational programs, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Supervise and monitor faculty staff's performance and the progress of all teaching methods
  • Resolve issues should any arise
  • Create and maintain warm relationships with all the staff and families
  • Creating and maintaining the master schedule
  • Enter and maintain a database of clients and prospects
  • Participate in hiring educators
  • Leads and encourages the workforce to reach goals while implementing the program’s policies and regulations, developing new ones when necessary
  • Create effective marketing materials in Ukrainian and English
